Voici un premier bilan de l’utilisation d’un polo pour la peinture live. (1 semaine après et 3 peintures plus tard). C’est la rencontre de mr PAT Ingoldsby, un poète irlandais encore vivant. Donc il m’avait aperçu la semaine dernière sur le pont en train de peindre, et l’inscription dans mon dos l’a fait réagir.
Est ce que live painting fait opposition aux “dead paintings” ?
J’ai juste expliqué que live painting est le fait de peindre dans un studio qui possède des yeux et des oreilles, c’est tout et c’est déja pas mal…. Donc mon tee shirt a fait réagir, par contre je n’ai pas eu encore de visite sur mon site de la part de personnes dans la rue. Donc à la recherche d’une nouvelle stratégie ….
I met pat ingoldsby yersteday,and was selling his book in fornt of the bank of Ireland near trinity college. He talk to me about my polo shirt and the “live painting” written on it. He says me it was quiet strange to call this “live painting” instead of “painting”. Was i doing painting alive in opposition to the dead painting wich is done in studio ?
So i explain that the studio was such a dead place where the walls don’t see and can’t talk. So mee polo shirt have made a reaction from this brilliant poet who says me : “you are free”. yes i’m free and i’m starting to think about another way to buzz my art in Dublin….
